City Administrator/City Clerk
LeAnn Houge is the City Administrator for the City of Milford. In this role LeAnn provides the overall management of City Government, financial affairs, supervising, coordinating activities of all City departments, and implementing policies of the City Council. Preceding her role as City Administrator LeAnn was the City’s Deputy City Clerk. Prior to joining the City of Milford in February 2011 she was employed by Klaussner Furniture in Milford as an Account Executive in Customer Service for 18 years. In her spare time she loves cooking for family and friends, walking and boating.
Deputy City Clerk
Carrie Funk is the Deputy City Clerk for the City of Milford. In this role Carrie serves as the document and information resource for the City Council, City staff and the public. Prior to joining the City of Milford in November 2014 she worked with environmental regulations for 12 years. Carrie enjoys spending time with her family, attending their boy’s school events, and spending time with her husband.
