Meet the staff of the Milford Police Department
Vernon Flack, Chief of Police
Officer Flack has enjoyed nearly three decades serving as a law enforcement officer in northwest Iowa; his most recent job (for the past two decades) has been with the city of Milford originally serving as a patrolman and moving up the ranks to my current position as Chief of Police.
Robert Clark
Officer Clark has worked as a Law Enforcement Officer in Dickinson County for the past two decades joining the Milford Police Department in 2001 and is now the Assistant Chief of Police.
Matt Myhre
Officer
Myhre is Milford’s newest Police Officer. He joined the department in
2007. Prior to joining the police force Matt received his Bachelor of
Science Degree in Criminal Justice. Matt is also a member of the HEAT
tactical team and is the city’s K-9 handler.
Rocky
Rocky
joined the Milford Police Department in June 2011 as the department’s police
K-9 dog. He is a three year old black Labrador who was trained at
Sunshine Kennels in Luck Wisconsin. Rocky is certified in Narcotics
Detection, Tracking/trailing, Article recovery, and building searches.
Rocky has been deployed successfully multiple times since hitting the
streets. Ruff!
