Bill Reinsbach is the Mayor of Milford. The role as Mayor is to act as chief executive officer for the City. He provides information and makes recommendations to the City Council on policies, practices and procedure. He presides over all City Council meetings to carry out business efficiency. He is to provide leadership to the Council and represent the City at official functions and is involved in all meetings and negotiations with developers and potential business. The Mayor is to promote public involvement in the City’s activities, make sure all ordinances and laws are followed, act as the representative of the City both within and outside the City, and promote the City locally and nationally; and participate in and foster activities that enhance the economic, social and environmental well-being of the City and its residents. Bill Reinsbach currently works for Van Diest Supply Co. Mayor Reinsbach’ s prior endeavors include Location Manager at several north Iowa elevators and Managing multi-million dollar Agronomy departments, the last one being Great Lakes Coop which had a location in Milford.

City Administrator/City Clerk

LeAnn provides the overall management of City Government, financial affairs, supervising, coordinating activities of all City departments, and implementing policies of the City Council. Preceding her role as City Administrator LeAnn was the City’s Deputy City Clerk. Prior to joining the City of Milford in February 2011 she was employed by Klaussner Furniture in Milford as an Account Executive in Customer Service for 18 years. In her spare time she loves cooking for family and friends, walking and boating.

Deputy City Clerk

Carrie Funk is the Deputy City Clerk for the City of Milford.  In this role Carrie serves as the document and information resource for the City Council, City staff and the public.  Prior to joining the City of Milford in November 2014 she worked with environmental regulations for 12 years.  Carrie enjoys spending time with her family, attending their boy’s school events, and spending time with her husband.
