Community Center

The Milford Community Center is a perfect place for your social gathering, reception, or business meeting.  The 3,500 square foot space seats up to 300 people with the option to divide the room for seating for up to 150 people.  Each half includes its own kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator, and microwave.  Also included in the rooms:

• 30" x 96" rectangle tables or 8' round tables
• Chairs
• Sound system
• Projector screen (east half only)
• Wireless internet

Please contact the Milford City Clerk’s office at 712-338-2741 before renting for rental availability. Reservations are only allowed 1 year in advance. Thank you.
