Landscape Burning Prohibited / Green Waste Site

A friendly reminder that landscape waste burning is Prohibited within Milford city limits per Ordinance No. 2-12-24B.  The Milford Green Waste site is available for Milford residential residents with green waste originating within the Milford city limits.  Those not living within the city limits of Milford are not permitted to drop off at this site.  Those with a Milford mailing address but living outside city limits ie. Dickinson County, Wahpeton, West Okoboji and the like can be charged for illegal dumping.  The site is for the City of Milford tax payers only.  All others should contact their city or county for green waste sites or bring to the Dickinson County Regional Collection Center.
