The regular meetings of the Board of Trustees are the first or second Monday of each month at 6:15 P.M., either in the Board Room or West End of the Community Center. Minutes from these meetings are published in the Dickinson County News and are included on this website.
An election held on February 14th, 1935 placed the management and control of the Electrical and Water Works systems in the hands of the Board of Trustees. This Board was initially made up of three members. In July of 1976 this Board was increased to five members.
Board Members are appointed by the Mayor for six year terms.

Mike is a lifelong resident of Milford. He graduated from Milford Community School and has worked in or near this community all his life. He is married to Phylis, who is an early childhood teacher. He has three grown daughters who are married, and he has six grandchildren. He is currently employed at Arnold Motor Supply in Spencer. He is a member of First Lutheran Church, where he is active as an usher and helps with the drive in service during the summer months. He served on the Milford City Council for 28 years before being appointed to the Municipal Utility Board in 2014.
