Florence Park
Florence Park is Milford’s premier park for all ages. Located in the heart of Florence Park is the Florence Park Shelter which is available year around to rent and is a perfect place for a reception, birthday party or social gathering. The 75’x 35’ foot enclosed shelter offers the following:
- Heat and cooling
- Tables and chairs for seating up to 100 people with occupancy rating of 147
- Small kitchen area with sink, refrigerator and microwave
- Bathrooms with a baby changing station
- Outdoor picnic tables with access to charcoal grills
Please contact the Milford City Clerk’s office at 712-338-2741 for rental availability. All parties must sign a rental agreement and pay rental fee in full to confirm reservation.

Memorial Park

Memorial Park features softball/baseball fields, restrooms, playground equipment, grills, sand volleyball, tennis and basketball courts.
Buchanan Park
Buchanan Park includes playground equipment, lighted basketball court and restrooms.
Calkins Park
Between P & Q Avenue off of 6th Street
Calkins Park located behind Brew Oil features a 9 hole disc golf course.
South Shores Estate
South Shores Estate Park features playground equipment, grills, shelter house and benches.
