Weekly Update April 25, 2022
Residents, thank you to everyone who had their sprinkler heads marked. We noticed that some sprinkler heads are placed in the Right of Way directly behind the back of the curb. In the areas where we are removing and replacing curb and gutter, sprinkler heads will likely be disturbed. The contractor will need a minimum of 1.0’ of clearance to set forms when they replaced the curb and gutter. If sprinklers in the Right of Way are disturbed during construction, the repair or replacement will be the responsibility of the property owner. The curb and gutter that is to be replaced has been marked with white or pink paint. If you have a sprinkler head in the area of curb and gutter that is marked for removal, we ask that you make the appropriate arrangements if you wish to prevent any damage.
